Return
To be eligible for a return, you have to prove that the wrong medicine, wrong product or any item different than what you originally ordered was delivered to you. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original medicine. You must put a “request for return” in the complaint box on the dashboard within 1 hour of receiving the item you want to return.
Refund
After getting the product, thecitypharma will make the refund by mobile banking/account transfer within 3-7 days.
Exchange
The customer can exchange the medicine with the certain condition that the physician has changed the medicine (updated prescription must). Medicine can be exchanged within 30 days of purchasing subject to have at least 3 months expiry. The exchange procedure will be completed within 7 - 10 days.
Exchange Process
The customer will place an exchange request with the below information.
Return medicine name and unit.
Required medicine name and unit.
Return medicine purchasing invoice.
Doctor’s previous prescription and the updated prescription.
Delivery
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement for your returned item, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Note: The customer has to handover the medicine to the delivery man. After getting the medicine it will take 3 working days to update the customer.
